Call for internet superpowers to cutback on Government snooping

The man responsible for leaking the Pentagon Papers to Wikileaks, Daniel Ellsberg, has come forth and pressured companies such as Google, Facebook, and Twitter to take a stand against excessive requests by the Government for personal information. You can read the whole article here.

I really think this is a step in the right direction. When Wikileaks started I thought; "Yes, this is the news I really want to read about. This is real, raw, unpolished." Wikileaks, and more importantly, individuals like Daniel Ellsberg are out there to keep the Governments honest. If you agree with the Governments keeping their nose out of social networking sites, or don't, leave a comment.

First post!

Hey everyone,

This is my first post! So I suppose I will do something useful and warn everyone about the potential for car theft. Saw this post on MIT Technology Review (awesome site by the way), that shows researchers can hack wireless sensors on new model cars. Crazy stuff! Sorry for the link, I'll find out how/if I'm allowed to embed the web post into my blog for future posts. Thanks for reading!
